LIMO BUS TERMS & CONDITIONS / PASSENGER AGREEMENT
By booking and/or entering the vehicle, all clients and passengers agree to the following terms:
1. Conduct & Safety

No smoking is permitted inside the limo bus.

Passengers must keep feet on the floor. Standing, jumping, or placing weight on seats will be considered damage.

Ceiling handrails are not to be used for swinging, pulling, or horseplay.

Passengers are encouraged to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Dancing is permitted at your own risk. The company is not liable for injuries resulting from passenger movement inside the vehicle.

The driver reserves the right to refuse service or eject any passenger who is deemed disruptive, excessively intoxicated, or a safety risk to themselves or others.
2. Alcohol & Legal Compliance

Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and enforced by state law.

All passengers must comply with all local and state laws.

Open containers may not be taken outside the vehicle in areas where prohibited (including establishments with liquor licenses).
3. Capacity & Passenger Limits
-
Passenger count must not exceed the agreed capacity unless approved by the driver.
-
Additional passengers may only be added with driver approval.
4. Vehicle Use & Damage
-
Emergency exits, windows, and roof hatches are not to be opened except in emergencies.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including interior, exterior, equipment, fixtures, or excessive messes/spills.

Cleaning or damage fees may be charged to the card on file.
5. Food, Beverages & Coolers
-
Food and beverages are permitted; however, excessively messy items are discouraged.

Built-in coolers are available for use.

Personal coolers are allowed provided they:

Do not leak
-
Are kept on the floor at all times (not on seats)
-
Do not obstruct walkways or exits
-

Large coolers that interfere with passenger space or safety may be denied at the driver’s discretion.
6. Payments, Deposits & Additional Time
-
A valid credit card must be provided prior to or at the start of the trip.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip can be rebooked for equal value.

Any additional time beyond the agreed service will be billed accordingly.
7. Trip Termination
-
Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the trip without refund.
8. Delays, Cancellations & Liability
-
The company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
-
Traffic conditions
-
Weather
-
Mechanical issues
-
Accidents or unforeseen circumstances
-

In the event of a company-related cancellation, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion.
9. General Policy
-
The driver may accommodate reasonable stop requests (e.g., restroom or smoke breaks).
-
Clients are responsible for the behavior of all passengers in their party.
10. Privacy Policy
Client information, including contact details and payment information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Acknowledgment
By signing or booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for all passengers in their party.
